Jobful is more than a recruitment platform where you build your profile, apply for jobs and wait for companies to get back to you.

Jobful started from the wish of creating a platform that can help professionals find the right roles, in the right companies and sustain their career development - from the first job to career change, to changing jobs for career advancement. So we wanted to build the tools and relevant content for each step of the way.

We are offering two opportunities for development and testing, namely Academies and Challenges.

Therefore, Jobful provides you with these carefully chosen teaching materials: Teamwork & Collaboration, Adaptability, Proactivity, Planification, Critical Thinking and Integrity, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership



In every Academy you will find relevant videos, articles and diagrams, along with quizzes that put your acquired knowledge to a test. At the end of each academy you will find a final assessment where you have the opportunity to prove your level for each ability.

Pro Tip: If you are already mastering these skills, you can skip the teaching materials and go straight to the end to complete the test. The results will be shared on your profile and are open to recruiters.


For those of you who are just getting started in a new domain - be it the first job or a career change - we built Academies with our partners for key technical competencies.

If you want to learn more sales, Sales Fundamentals Academy powered by Orange is the right one for you. If you have a high interest in finance, we created along with KPMG the Finance Fundamentals Academy.

If you are interested in IT and have technical skills, you can do one of the following Academies created with Microsoft - Technical Support Engineer, with Brinel - Dynamics Consultant or with ING Tech - Technologies in Core Banking. Pro Tip: The ones that finish the Academy and complete the tests are shortlisted for interviews. So if you want to increase your chances of getting a job with our partners - this is the best solution.

How can you access the academies?

The first step is to make an account on jobful.io. You access Academies and choose the one that suits you the most. 

For those of you who are already confident in your skills and are ready to prove your abilities in front of recruiters, you should start from the Challenges section. Here you find situational tests, logic tests or straightforward challenges. By correctly answering, you are showing your knowledge and expertise to recruiters. This way you will get priority in the recruitment process.



Each week, you will find new challenges, created both by Jobful to train your attention to detail and logic thinking and by our partners that actively recruit.

Pro Tip: Academies and challenges bring you a higher score on your profile. The score helps you unlock new features on the platform and, soon you will be able to buy cool items from the Shop.
